Customer Success Representative

Location: Portugal (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and onboarding existing ones, as well as providing ongoing support to ensure their success and satisfaction with our hotel software system.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Acquire new clients through effective prospecting, relationship building, and product demonstrations
  2. Onboard new clients, including training and implementation of the software system
  3. Provide ongoing support and guidance to existing clients to ensure their continued success and satisfaction with our product
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and satisfaction
  6. Continuously seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive retention and growth

Key Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related field
  2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  5. Passion for technology and a desire to help hotels transform their operations through innovative software solutions
