Customer Success Representative 🇪🇸 (Spanish Markets)

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Deliver continuous, top-tier customer support and guidance to both English and Spanish speaking clients to foster their success and contentment with our products.
  3. Promptly address customer inquiries, resolving any issues with a professional, solutions-focused approach.
  4. A deep-rooted passion for technology and assisting hotels in transforming their operations via our state-of-the-art software.

Key Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 2 years in customer success, account management, or a related arena.
  2. Outstanding communication skills with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  3. A track record of problem-solving, analytical thinking, and the ability to deliver results both independently and collaboratively.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Extras:
